What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Full Name

When visitors proceed to signing up and creating an account on our website, we collect their full name to help identify their account and enable us to track order progress. This information is shared only with our riders/drivers when they are designated responsibility for collecting and delivering your order, and will otherwise remain anonymous. We will not share your full name with any 3rd party.

Address

When visitors make an order through our website, we collect their full address in order to send a rider/driver to the address at the designated time slot chosen by the customer, so that the rider/driver can collect, and later, re-deliver their laundry. We will not share your address data with any 3rd party.

E-mail Address

When visitors create an account we ask for an email address which will then be used to log-in to their account. In addition to being used for signing in to your account, your e-mail address will be used to inform you that we have accepted your order, as well as a follow up e-mail asking for feedback. We may occasionally send e-mail updates with regards to on-going promotions and offers – please let us know if you’d like to be removed from our email-list. We will not share your e-mail address with any 3rd party.

Card Information

In order to take payments we are required to collect and store your card information. This data will be retained for either 2 years after your most recent order, or until you request that we delete it – whichever comes first. We will not share your card information with any 3rd party

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Who we share your data with No one.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

Website administrators can also see and edit that information. We will store all information indefinitely, except for card details which will be automatically deleted 2 years after your most recent order has taken place.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
